Meet Our Founders
Kim McCormick
Kim founded the AI Collective Group because she saw a problem hiding in plain sight: people were using one of the most powerful tools in a generation the same way they use a search engine and getting a fraction of the results with twice the frustration.
She comes to AI not as a technologist, but as someone who has spent decades helping people and organizations perform at their best. That background shapes everything about how TAICG teaches: practical, human-first, and grounded in what actually works.
Her conviction is that generative AI is a team sport. At a moment when information is overwhelming and fact is hard to separate from fiction, learning this technology alongside other people, with guidance, context, and honest conversation, is what turns a risky leap into a confident step forward.
Kim holds AI certifications from the University of Helsinki, Google, and HumanKind AI and is a founding member of Women Applying AI.
Fun fact: Off the court, off the water, and away from the workshop room, she's still doing the same thing — building community and staying curious.
Audra Myerberg
Audra co founded the AI Collective Group because she believed in the vision Kim presented her as they sat in a local coffee shop one afternoon. Having worked with Kim for many years in non profit and marketing roles, she knew she was on to something.
Audra is a seasoned marketing and event strategist with a decade of experience in luxury customer service and event management at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Southern California and Boston. This foundation in anticipating client needs and delivering flawless experiences now informs her work in marketing and communication. She spent years applying her expertise to the fulfilling world of nonprofit and small business marketing, crafting compelling narratives and managing social media campaigns.
In her free time, you can find her volunteering at the local food pantry, on the board of a nonprofit mental health organization, taking tons of pictures, writing, or working out to keep up with her kids.
Fun fact: Audra was the only person in her dorm her sophomore year in college who had a computer (making her a very popular person), and since then, she has appreciated how much technology can make life better, particularly now with the rise in GenAI tools.
